On July 23 in the Villa Ceresa park in Mestre, from 8pm onwards, the second edition of Ridere con Gusto will open with a fabulous party celebrating the catering traditions of the Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions.
Spread through the beautiful greenery of the Villa Ceresa, a group of caterers will prepare before the public, a wide variety of dishes with the traditional products and recipes of the three north-easternly regions of Italy. All dishes will naturally be accompanied by fine wines from these areas. The event will also include stands with some of these areas' finest makers of cured meats and salami, desserts and cheeses, wines and liqueurs.
All proceeds from the evening will go to charity.
